Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

Curbside pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday - Sunday from 9:00 AM till 4:00 PM. An email confirmation and/or Whatsapp text message will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick-up. Our curbside pickup is contactless. Please come to our walk-up window with a mask on to pick up your order.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Shipping Fees

We offer shipping at the following rates:

Standard (flat-rate, Brunei) 2 to 3 Business Days

  • Under 2 kg at BND 5

  • 2-3 kg at BND 6

  • 3-4 kg at BND 7

  • 4-5 kg at BND 8

  • 5-6 kg at BND 9

  • 6-7 kg at BND 10

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Once your order is packaged, we will send an email and/or Whatsapp text with your tracking information.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

  • Indonesia

  • Malaysia

  • Singapore

Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.

Orders only deliver on (delivery service provider’s) business days, which are Monday - Thursday, and Saturday

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
